YouTube has a setting feature that will allow you to translate the subtitles for videos into your language. Below are instructions for enabling this feature:
In the lower right hand corner select the setting icon
Click the Subtitles/cc arrow to expand:
Next click the auto-generated option:
This will expand, click this section again:
Now select auto-translate:
From here you can select your preferred language and enjoy the video with translated subtitles:
