When doing the work, you are being asked to become greater than your body, time, and environment; to step into the unknown. When you begin to feel panicked, anxious, or simply your thoughts begin to wander, your body is trying to bring you back into the known.
Settle your body, relax and begin the work again, as when you feel panicked, anxious, etc. it means you are doing the work right and you either have the option to give up or become conscious of your thoughts, feelings, and habits. This is your last battle before stepping into the unknown, reconditioning your body to a new mind. Once you are able to push past those thoughts and feelings you liberate a tremendous amount of energy to create a mystical experience and more.
