Dr Joe’s Meditations will move energy in your body, how this manifests is unique to each individual. If you find that you are experiencing a new sensation, this is to be expected. However, if you find that the sensation you are experiencing is interfering with your daily life, you may need to meditate every other day or in the evening.
We always recommend that you begin at the beginning with Dr Joe’s work. If you have not already, please read Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself. This book will give you the best foundation of knowledge for practicing Dr Joe’s Meditations.
