Although Dr Joe recommends Meditating for 45 minutes to an hour daily, there are several meditation's available that are approximately 20 minutes long each:
- The Morning and Evening Meditations
- Turning Your Love Inward
- The Things We Tell Ourselves That Matter: A Youth Guided Meditation by Dr Joe Dispenza
In addition, the following 3 meditations are approximately 24 minutes long and finish with 30 minutes of music. You can end the meditation when you are no longer being guided if you choose to.
