1. Look for our email.
After you have completed your purchase on our Online Store you will receive two emails with links that will enable you to access your order. Both emails will allow you to access your content and to download your audio files.
2. Open up iTunes
To download you will need to use a desktop or laptop computer that has the software program iTunes loaded. If you do not have iTunes, then simply search for “iTunes” in your favorite search engine, or use the links below, and then install the software on your computer.
iTunes is a FREE software program and is available both for Mac and Windows operating systems.
3. Start the download of your files
To start, simply click on the download links and choose to save your file. We suggest that you save your files temporarily to the desktop so that you will be able to easily find them later, but of course, you can download them to wherever you prefer on your computer, just so long as you know where they are located for the next part of the instructions.
For better organization of your music and files, we would suggest locating the “Music” folder on either your Mac or Windows computers and saving it under the iTunes Music directory located there.
Note: You will only have 3 opportunities to download your files, so we suggest that you do not try to download them all at the same time, but to do each file individually to ensure that the download completes correctly.
4. Once your files have successfully downloaded
Once the files have downloaded onto your computer, then you will need to open up iTunes in order to add the files to your library. From within iTunes, go to the File menu up top, click on File > Add to Library (Command + O on a Mac) or (Control + O on Windows) and then select the files you want to import by navigating to the location where you previously downloaded them.
Once you have added the files to your library, you will be able to locate them by clicking on the “Recently Added” menu item in your library or by searching on the title of the meditation or artist “Dr. Joe Dispenza” in the search bar.
5. Create or add the track to a playlist
Select the meditation and right click your mouse or single click on the menu bars to add the meditation to an existing playlist (or you may create your own.)
You will then need to connect your iPhone to your computer or laptop using the USB charging cable provided with your phone in order to sync the downloaded files across to your devices.
6. Sync the downloads to your Smart Phone or Mobile Device.
If your preference in iTunes is to always sync your entire music library, then just click on the “Sync” button to initiate the process. If, however, due to hard drive space considerations or other reasons, you only download select songs or playlists within your music library, then you will need to checkmark either the individual tracks or the playlist that you created earlier to allow the transfer to take place.
While doing this, if you receive a warning message that states that the “iCloud Music Library is On” and you do not have the option of selecting individual files or playlists, from the Music preference screen on your device, then you will need to turn that feature “Off” in your phone settings.
Notes: Due to the proprietary nature of Apple products, these instructions are only a simple guideline as to how you may download and enjoy your meditations on your IOS devices. Due to new features and regular changes to the IOS operating system and also differences in individual settings and preferences within your own device, these instructions may require you to do your own research in order to enable this to work properly for you.
