There are a lot of meditations to choose from and there is no specific order in which they should be used.
However, when asked, we usually suggest that people begin with the Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself Meditations.
We would next suggest choosing one of these meditations which are also beginner-level meditations:
- You are the Placebo 1 or 2
- Blessing of the Energy Centers 1
- The Generous Present Moment
After practicing the above meditations, choose from the following progressive meditations. You may choose to do them all at some point in whatever order appeals to you.
- Tuning in to New Potentials
- Reconditioning the Body to a New Mind
- Changing Beliefs and Perceptions
Once you have practiced all of the aforementioned Meditations, you are well prepared for the remaining meditations found on Dr. Joe’s website, which are considered to be more advanced.
