2. From your dashboard, please select "Online Courses":
3. Next select "View Course":
4. Select the lesson you are on and press the play button in the middle of the screen:
5. To progress to the next 5 videos, select the "Next" button:

The Meditations that are included in these courses are embedded within the course and are not downloadable.
