Below are instructions for downloading an audiobook to Android and iOS mobile devices:
Android Devices:
From the Download page, begin downloading the zip files in order one at a time:
These files will download to your download folder:
When you open the download folder you will see the zipped folder:
Click the folder to unzip it, extract it:
Once each folder is extracted, open your music app. Most music apps will automatically load all of the audiobook files in order. In some instances, you may need to select continuous play, in others the files will automatically do so.
iOS Devices:
Downloading to an iOS device takes a little work, but here are step by step instructions:
It may be easier if you start from scratch by deleting the files that you already have.
When you click on the link provided in the order confirmation email to access your digital purchase, you will see a list of the audiobook files. You can get to this screen by going to your order confirmation email > View Your Order > Access Digital Content:
Select the first file and click Download:
Once downloaded, the file will appear in your Files app, which looks like a blue file folder. They won't show up in the Music app, nor can they be moved there. However, the files will play directly from the Files app:
Open the Files app, choose to Browse in the bottom right corner of your screen to see all the folders. The downloaded file will appear on this screen or in the Downloads Folder:
The download will appear as a zip file. Click on the zip file to create an unzipped folder of the files:
You can listen to the files here. However, we recommend creating a new folder to store all your Audiobook files in one place. To do this, tap the three dots in the upper right-hand corner and then select New Folder:
Once you create a new folder, you can then move the Audiobook files into the newly created folder:
